Booking Office
You can always talk to a real person. The booking office is open 7 days a week, only actually closing for Christmas Day and Boxing Day each year. Our staff can combine their knowledge of all the cruising options with the live availability of boats displayed in front of them to help you to choose your ideal boating break.
Call us 7 days a week on: 0330 333 0590
Any reservation is held for 7 days to enable payment to be made and for a booking form to be completed.
If you make your reservation by telephone you will still need to complete a booking form obtained either from a brochure or by downloading one from the company's website.
What happens next?
Confirmation documents will be sent out detailing the boat, hire base and the dates of your holiday. Included will be two free information booklets, the first is full of practical details of what to bring, how to find the marina/boatyard and what to expect, the second is produced by British Waterways explaining the working of locks and the rules of the road.
